new homes

Well, here it is -------- we are all healthy and old enough to go to our new homes now. We are all so smart and have learned so much and look forward to our new homes. Our mom "Talini" is so good to us we will miss her and Uncle Yuki, Auntie Snobella, Auntie Teresa and Granny and Uncle Shilo. We know our new families will love us just as much and we will be even more spoiled. We also, know that our new families will keep in touch with our mom, so she knows that we are in good hands.

My mom told me a secret. I am going to be living in Oregon !!! Guess who I am. In Oregon I will be able to go hiking with my dad, "Lightening". I am so excited.

My mom told me a secret. I am going to be living in Victoria !!!! Guess who I am. In Victoria I will be able to see my mom"Talini" every week and go herding with her. I can hardly wait.

My mom told me a secret. I am going to be living in Chemainus ! Guess who I am. In Chemainus I will be able to go herding, and to agility with my mom, "Talini". I am a very happy boy.

My mom told me a secret. I am going to be living in Oregon !! Guess who I am . I will be close enough to see my dad, "Lightening" and go snow-shoeing with him. I am very eager to try this.

Well, we are too big to fit in our weighing dish, so we had to be held by granny and weighed on her scale, but it doesn’t show ounces so we all weighed in at over 11lbs. Last Monday Sept 22/08 our mom "Talini" passed her St John’s Ambulance Therapy Dog Program twice, once with Auntie Teresa and once with Granny. We were proud of her. Maybe we would like to do that too. We just keep learning new stuff all the time. Up the stairs we all go and because we come all at once we get to run around granny’s house and do more exploring. Thank you Lightning for our mail today.......we even found uncle Yuki and mommy in the calendar!!


Peppy’s Inquisitiveness !
I like it in the back yard and don’t try to get out....cause my head is to big and it gets stuck in the railing!!! I can get up those stairs, too. Lots of neat stuff upstairs. I like to play, play , play. Well, went for another long car ride and seen Dr Charlene, who checked me over and then gave an ouchy. She did make sure I had a treat in my mouth so I couldn’t scream.I have now had my first vaccination. I eat really good puppy food and still have the odd snack on mom. I got this tight thing put around my neck and boy was it a nuisance but the good thing about it was we got for another car ride and visited a whole bunch of people. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Juicy’s Inquisitiveness ! !
I get to go in the big backyard, but sneak out under the fence and walk on this nice green stuff and it was cool till Auntie Teresa came and took me back. I climbed over the wire and got out of the pen the other day. I like to be picked up and have my tummy rubbed and the other day I bit granny’s ear just for fun, only she didn’t think it was funny. I can get up the stairs to granny’s and I can even get back down. I got treat in my mouth too so I wouldn’t cry when I got my shots. The lasso around my neck was not fun but meeting all those people sure was.

Icy’s Inquisitiveness ! ! !
Not to let Juicy get one over on me I got out of the backyard and had great time on that grass. Yup, I got picked up by Auntie Teresa and back to the fenced part. I am the first to have both my ears up and is it ever neat to hear so much better and be able to have them up and then down when I don’t want to hear as much. I can run up the stairs to granny’s place. Big day on Tuesday Sept 30 and I went for a car ride and got to meet Dr Charlene who made sure I was fit as fiddle and then gave me my vaccination....and a treat for being brave when I got my shot. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Cotton Candy’s Inquisitiveness ! ! ! !
I can really get out of my bed, just up over and out. I get out all the time and then I bug my brothers. Can’t get out of the backyard, but really don’t want to as there is lots to do there. I can climb up the stairs to granny’s. Seen this really nice Dr Charlene, who checked me over and gave my first vaccinations. I didn’t mind.....and I got two treats. Dr Charlene wasn’t paying attention and I snuck an extra treat!!!

September 21, 2008 Well, daddy "Lightening" is very proud of how healthy and active we are. He thinks our mom "Talini" has done a super job with us. We are not having as much milk from mom cause we don’t need it any more. We are becoming very independent and have so much fun exploring.


Peppy’s Activities ! 10 lbs 2 oz at 6 weeks
Well, the other day everyone got out of our bed and I was the last one because I was trying to use the highest end and I just couldn’t get over but then Auntie Teresa guided me to the other end and oops, no problem. I went for along car ride to Victoria today and stayed in Auntie Pat’s puppy pen. I liked it. I am getting used to car riding and it is OK. Then I went to Auntie Anita’s and Auntie Kristin’s thats where a lot of different fun began., We got to play with some Shellties then we went for another car ride and when we got out of the there was this open area with a group of big sheep and I was a bit afraid but I pushed them around, then the Sheltie pups
came to play.

Juicy’s Activities !! 9 lbs 14 oz at 6 weeks
Well, I am super inquisitive and like to be where all the action is and I can get out of my bed, no problem. I tried to climb up the stairs the other day and got scared when granny came to rescue me, I slid down, it was a bit scarey but kinda fun. Granny then cuddled me, I liked that. Yes, we had a great ride in Auntie Teresa’s truck all the way to Victoria and played in Auntie Pat’s puppy pen. At auntie Anita’s and Auntie Kristin’s I seen those Sheltie pups again and we were in this pen with these funny big sheep and I chased them. I like this new chomping at the chow.

Yes, this getting older is so much fun and I can climb up to the top of stairs, but then can’t get down yet, but I will figure that out soon. Our puppy chow is not so liquidy and I have to chew a bit which I like. Car ride to Victoria and that puppy pen at Auntie Pat’s was great. Mom went too but she didn’t stay in pen with me. I liked it at Auntie Anita’s and Auntie Kristin’s cause there was lots of room to run around and then chase those sheep - one of them tried to stair me down but I wouldn’t let him win. I got to play with the Sheltie pups again. Now I have to work a little harder with my chow as it isn’t mush anymore. But its good. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

CC here, well I like to get out first and then I like to be picked up and cuddled and scratched on my tummy. Feels sooo good. I also like to follow Auntie Teresa and granny all around wherever they go. I like to go for car rides. I liked it at Auntie Pat’s and that puppy pen was fun. I, of course was the best with the sheep at Auntie Anita’s and Auntie Kristin’s I just got in there and put those sheep in there place. This was fun, I knew exactly what to do. I also, seen those Sheltie pups again, they are so small!! I wasn’t so fussy about this having to chew a bit more with my food, but after I got used to it, it was OK.

September 13, 2008 Well, we are over 5 weeks now and are pretty darn smart. We discovered how much fun it can be to run under Auntie Teresa’s bed. We wake up at 6 AM and cry to get out so we can explore. We don’t always get out that early. Uncle Jim & Auntie Susan came to see us and they brought goodies - great big toy. Uncle Paul & Auntie Pat came to Tattoo us today. Auntie Carol brought her Sheltie babies to get Tattooed, too, so we got to meet them.

Well, I am often the first one out of the bed cause I persistently hang over the cardboard and scream. Then granny and I will have a little tummy rub and ear scratch and I try to bite her ears, she doesn’t like that. Then I run all over the place and I mean run. I am very fast and if I don’t want to get caught I don’t. Here it is, my 5 week weight TaDA 7 lbs 12 oz. Icy and I like to play a bark and run off game - he runs and barks at me and then I run and bark at him. I mostly let him win. Today, granny brought this big blue thing to the outside play area and I was the first to go through it, I liked it and think I will try agility. Today was an ouchy day - Auntie Pat and Uncle Paul came up and zapped some numbers on my tummy - they were quick but it still hurt a bit. Then Auntie Susan and Uncle Jim came to check on us. They were nice.

Well, I probably scream the loudest cause I need to get to that back room and play with all those toys and then crash out on that big soft pillow bed. If the door is closed I will just stretch out and relax and WAIT. When granny and auntie Teresa see me waiting they come and let me in to play with all that stuff. Today I found a broom hanging on the wall and tried to get at it but it wouldn’t come , guess I am lucky as it could hit me. I like to get a really good tummy rub and ear scratch. Feels so good. Here it is, my 5 week weight TaDA 7 lbs 8 oz. Sure love that puppy chow twice a day, now. Been pushing my weight around and getting into that puppy chow first.
I heard Peppy yip and then I knew I might be next so I prepared and yup I got zapped on the tummy too. It was nice to meet Uncle Jim and Auntie Susan.

I seen mom sitting on these funny steps so I tried to climb up on one and just about made it.
She won’t be able to hide on me for long. Ya! I don’t rush to get out as I know granny will get me and give me that special ear thing and tummy rub. I am so lucky. I am a very curious boy and just go, go, go. Here it is, my 5 week weight TaDA 7 lbs 3 oz. I have so much fun when Peppy and I play the bark and run off game. I usually win. I try to get that puppy chow at 6 am but that doesn’t happen, but boy when it comes I am right there. All the commotion, really it was just a couple of zipps and that was that. I must say it was comforting to have everyone looking after me. Uncle Jim and Auntie Susan were really happy to see me.

"Princess Cotton Candy’s Anticks" !!!!
Well, in true Princess fashion I just push my brothers around and will get out either first or second. Cause I make the loudest noise. If you sound like you are hurt you get what you want faster. I know all the angles. I also get a tummy rub and ear stroking from granny. It feels so good. Here it is, my 5 week weight TaDA 7 lbs 11 oz. WELL, I don’t know about them boys they are right in my face when the puppy chow comes out and I have to push them around a bit.
I like lots of special attention, well, you know I am the "Princess". Well, I was a really brave girl and got zapped too. Glad everyone was there and I liked Uncle Jim and Auntie Susan.

SEPT 9TH

September 9, 2008 Well, we passed the 4 weeks with flying colors and are now on to the 5 th week. WOW !!!!!!! We get to go outside and that is really a lot of fun. We are now eating puppy food twice a day and not so much of mom, just little snacks. People have come by to look at us and we are just great entertainers.





















Peppy’s On the Go !
I like to just get up and go exploring everything. I can almost get out of my bed, but all I have to do is ask and I can get out. Granny usually cuddles and tickles my tummy for a few minutes before I get down and run all over. I found this neat room down the hall that has a nice big soft pillow bed on the floor and lots of toys and then there is Yuki’s crate and he gets upset when I go near it but I do it anyway. I also found another pair of Auntie Teresa’s shoes so I drag them all over. I am just so lucky.

Juicy’s On the Go !!
I like to lay on top of the water dish. It is very comfortable and then I am in control of when anyone can have a drink of water. Also, that Cotton Candy can not dive bomb me while I am sleeping, so I got her. When I get out I still like to skoot under that bakers’ rack and watch everyone else till eventually they join me. I have lots of toys and stuff to play with. I am very cleaver as I can hear and see when someone is near my bed and then I know to go and look cute and maybe cry a bit to get out first. I like to get my tummy rubbed by Auntie Teresa.

Icy On the Go !!!
I am pretty independent I like exploring on my own as, well as play fighting with my brothers and sister. When in my bed I am pretty good a going pee pee on the paper but then I like to rip the paper too. It is lots of fun. After breakfast this morning I went outside and heard this dog across the road give a big woof!!!! woof!!!. I listened and he sounded like he might be nice to meet one day. Then when I was exploring and playing I found this little leaf and thought it might be nice to munch on, but granny took it out of my mouth so guess it wouldn’t have been that good anyway. I found another neat place to go it's under Auntie Teresa’s bed. Her bedroom has lots of good wood to knaw at but if I get caught I get into trouble.

Cotton Candy On the Go !!!!
Well, that Juicy thinks he is so smart getting on top of the water dish, but I can still climb underneath and bump at him from underneath. I am the Princess and the Boss!!!! I also like to sleep under the bakers rack. I like bossing my brothers around and give them a real good nip on whatever I can get a hold of and then listen to them cry like babies. Ha !!!! Ha !!!! I can pretty much get my own way. As the only girl I am very unique. I like my puppy food and eat lots, just push the boys around. I watched Peppy one day circling the the food bowl trying to get in between Icy and Juicy.... he wouldn’t eat beside me and Icy & Juicy wouldn’t move over either, but finally he did eat beside me, but I laughed to myself about how funny he was.

Sept 5

September 5, 2008 Guess what???? Well, on September 3, 2008 we turned 4 weeks old and guess how we got to celebrate. Yup, granny took us for a non-vet car ride. We went in this crate and just cuddled up and really enjoyed it. Poor mom didn’t get to come, but we were brave
and did OK. When we came back she sure checked us over. We are starting to develop our own personalities. We like to eat.



Peppy’s Update !
I am the biggest as I weighed 6 lbs 7oz at 4 weeks. I have learned and grown so much. My paw pads are starting to turn black now, that should put a tough coat on them so I get some more traction when I get out and run around. I like it when I am out of my bed as I have this special hiding spot that I like to go to and just relax and watch everyone. This puppy food stuff is really good and I can’t wait till I can get more. Well, day 29 was the day I got this good food twice today. When I see someone by my bed I go and climb on the wire so I can get out and it works almost every time. I am quieter, but know how to let everyone know when I want something. I had a car ride in the crate the other day and it was cool, I just slept.

Juicy’s Update !!
I weighed in at 5 lbs 13 oz at 4 weeks I might be the smallest but I am still a good weight. I like to eat that puppy food. Day 29 I got it 2 times and boy that was good. My new bigger bed is great and I have a crate to hide in, although I like it out under the bakers rack too. I took a little trip down the hall and then just had a little nap. I like to play with all the stuff I have. I am an active young fellow and I also like to be cuddled and get my tummy rubbed. I went for a car ride the other day and just cuddled down for a nap and that was cool. I tried some water today. I liked it.

Icy’s Update !!!
I weigh 5 lbs 15 oz at 4 weeks so Juicy and I are pretty close to be the same size. Here’s a good one for you. That Cotton Candy plays bad she was biting at my pee pee and that hurt and I cried. Its one thing to go for the ears or the tail but not...... I am very active and like to get out and run around and then relax. I am fairly independent and like to explore and scream when I want out of my bed. I like play fighting and you should see my poor mom’s nipples from all the teeth marks, she is so good to us. I like to cuddle with granny and Auntie Teresa. I enjoyed my car ride the other day. I have so much exploring to do, it is great.

Cotton Candy’s Update !!!!
In order to push those brothers around I weighed 6 lbs 3 oz at 4 weeks. I cry really loud so that I can get out of my bed and wonder around and then have a nap under the bakers rack. I am sure glad that I don’t have to get on that scale for a week now as my weight is so good. I really like to bite at Auntie Teresa’s toes and shoes. I like to go inside the crate and just relax, its real cool in there. Everyone likes it so, it can be really snugly sometimes. The car ride was OK, it was a bit scarey at first and I cried just a little and then snuggled up to my brothers and had a good nap. I am so glad to be getting that good puppy food twice a day now.

Sept 1

September 1, 2008 Well, it has been an exciting few days. We got our very own first letter in the mail the other day from Uncle Michael and Auntie Amanda. It was cool. Thank you !!!! Teeth are all in, sharp and used effectively to play with toys and each other and oh poor mommy. Sometimes when mom feeds us, we are so eager that she has to stand, so we have to use our back legs to stand on. Now that is very genius on our part as it strengthens our legs and our balance which helps us do all those moves. We also figured out how to get out of our new bed, " Just up on our back paws, pull the cardboard down and walk out".

"Peppy’s" Actions !
I like to play with the new toys, bite at them and shake it a little. Granny scared me with one toy when she made it make a sqeeking noise that I had never heard before, but then I saw it and went for it. It was fun. Still love that pablum can’t wait till we get it twice a day instead of just once. Yes, when mom comes I just go for that milk before she gets a chance to lay down and I am pretty good, don’t fall off. I have been watching and figured out that if the gate isn’t closed I can climb on the cardboard and pull it down and get out. Yesterday, I went outside onto this funny rock type stuff (aggregate concrete) - harder to walk on and a little scarey but once you get used to it, its OK. I like sitting and just watching what everyone is doing. Today I am 6 lbs

Sometimes I just like to sleep and then my brothers and sister all come and jump on me and bite at me and say lets play and I just say "GO AWAY AND LEAVE ME ALONE". I get to pay back cause when they are all sleeping I jump on them and wake them up as I want to play. Pablum is great and mom is wonderful. I can now see when it is coming and had it outside yesterday and that was good, fresh air and different sounds and scarey bumpy things to stand on, but I got used to it. Told the Princess that it wasn’t too bad, but she squeeled anyway. Ya, these toys are fun but I also like to bite at the wire thing that keeps us in our bed. Today I am 5 lbs 10 oz.

Mom and Granny are just sitting on the couch watching us have fun. I think they are really impressed with how cleaver I am standing on my back paws and climbing out of the bed. I am learning so many new things all the time and I am very quick. I don’t like sitting still very long. It is so much fun when I get out and explore things. Love that pablum and know how to have a little bark to get milk from mom. I heard a rumour that tomorrow I am going to be getting puppy food and that sounds good. I weighed 5 lbs 10 oz today

"Princess Cotton Candy’s" Actions !!!!
In true Princess fashion my mom teaches me how to sit and look pretty and you get your own way and I tried it and she is right. I like these cool toys, the little yellow bone thing is fun to shake and bite. It is fun to cruise around and check out everything. I like to get things started by bugging my brothers and then sit back and watch the boys go to it. Well today was a good one Auntie Teresa let me run around and I did run and then I discovered that Auntie Teresa has flip flops on her feet and so I bit her toe and she squeeled. I am the delightful weight of 5 lbs 11 oz as of today September 1, 2008.

August 28, 2008 Guess what we are all 3 weeks old already. Can you believe that ???? WE are so intelligent, it just goes to show that once you get teeth, start to eat pablum and walk all over you can do anything.

"Peppy’s" moves !
Well, I am starting to like that pablum and can sure gobble it down and then get some milk from mom. Pretty good life. I can’t seem to get out of this new bed but I really don’t want to as I can see outside my bed, so I know what is going on. Yesterday, Uncle Rob, Auntie Brenda, Brad and Markus were here. They were very careful and enjoyed watching me. I can now see and my teeth are almost completely in. It is fun to play with my brothers and sister as I can bite at there cheeks, legs and tails pull them down and then get to mom first. I am 5 lbs at 3 wks old and am very snuggly.

"Juicy’s" mooves !!

That ‘Peppy’ thinks he is a big shot cause he is the biggest, but am smarter than him. I am pretty steady on my paws and get to where I want to go fast. I have my teeth almost in and I really like that pablum. I like to play with toys and I really like play fighting with my brothers and sister. We have so much fun. I see everything now and I can also hear so when I see and hear anyone coming by I can go and investigate. I think Uncle Rob, Auntie Brenda, Brad and Markus liked watching my moves. I like to play, eat, sleep and grow. I am very affectionate and weigh 4 lbs 10 oz at 3 weeks old.

Well, I have all the cool moves - up and over, upside down and climb on top of everyone. My teeth are sure great, I can grab a hold of "Cotton Candy’s" tail and tug at it - she gets so mad and boy does she squeel. When I play fight with my brothers and sister I can make these fierce growling sounds and that is really cool. I can see when that pablum dish comes in and boy I am right there and don’t leave till it is all gone. It was nice to meet Uncle Rob, Auntie Brenda, Brad and Markus cause they just fell in love with us. I am 4 lbs 11 oz and a cuddly ball of fluff at 3

weeks old.

It is so special to be the Princess as I am growing up so gracefully. My teeth are almost in and I can nip back at those brothers when they get out of hand. Of course, being the only girl has its rewards as Uncle Rob, Auntie Brenda, Brad and Markus could easily watch me. I am able to see really good and can get to mom when she comes in. I like that pablum stuff and it so easy to see when it gets here and then munch on mom. Yum, Yum. I am pretty strong on my delicate paws and don’t wobble any more. I am very precious at a weight of 4 lbs 12 oz as of yesterday, day 21, 3 weeks.

"REAL" CHOW ~ YUM YUM ! ! !

August 24, 2008 Well, we are sure having fun exploring, although, at times it is kinda scarey so we cry real loud. We have a new bed now so we can’t get out of it. Guess we got real smart real fast, but this one has more room for us growing puppy’s. Our teeth are pretty close to being completely in so Auntie Teresa thought we should try some baby food now and see how we do. We stepped all over it at first and then got the idea and it was pretty good. Growing little sweethearts are we.

Well, I sure have fun getting up on my paws and just go, fall, go. Can you believe that I have some little bumps in my mouth, yes, teeth are coming. Well, I got out of my bed and went for a long walk across the room the other day. It was kind of cool. I like to play fight with my brothers and sister, we have so much fun. I am starting to get a barking sound now. Hey, today, August 24/08 Auntie Teresa gave me some of this good tasting stuff that I had to lick at, as I wasn’t able to figure things out at first I just walked all over the stuff and then really tried it and it was gooood. The grand total for today is 4 lbs 4 oz.

"Juicy’s" Adventures !!
Well, I like to sleep on my back with my paws up and just stretch out. I mostly hang out with Peppy as he is nice to cuddle up to. I like to stand up and look over the edge of my bed, but I really don’t want to go out. Well, Auntie Teresa decided that if we could get out of our bed it was time to go to a bigger safer bed, that’s where we are now. I have these sharp things in my mouth and I am not too sure what to do with them, except to nip at my brothers and sister. It is so much fun. I am much better up on my paws now. Yes, today I got to try some baby food, at first, I wasn’t too keen on it but then once I got the knack it was very good. Mmmm Mmmm !!!! Today’s grand total is 4 lbs 1 oz.

Well, I was just sitting up on my bum taking note of everyone and how cleaver we all are. I like to play bite with Cotton Candy - we have so much fun. Today August 22/08 I decided to get over the top of my bed again, it is soooooooo easy. Granny found me hiding at the side and of course back I went. Now in this new bigger bed it is more fun to run around and play fight. It was a real special treat today as I got to start eating real stuff and I think I ate the most, pretty smart I just went for it. My legs and balance is getting so good I can even walk on the slippery stuff without falling. I am so cleaver. My finishing total for today is 4 lbs 3 oz.

"Cotton Candy’s" Adventures !!!!
Well, as the Princess it is so nice not have that thing around my neck anymore. I just like to get up on my paws and get out of the way of my brothers except when they want to cuddle, which is so nice. Icy and I have fun play biting and snuggling. Yes, I got out my bed the other day and just snuggled up to my bed, I wasn’t as scared this time. Now I have a new bed bigger and safer and I can peek out and see so much more. A strange experience today Auntie Teresa gave me a taste of this strange stuff, once I figured it out it wasn’t bad, not as good as mom. I love changes. The lady’s weight for the day is 4 lbs 3 oz.

2 WEEKS OLD

August 21, 2008 Well, the last few days have not been quiet. This growing up is so exciting, our eyes are now open, and our ears are starting to pick up some strange sounds. Mom keeps teaching us all this new stuff. Guess what we turned 2 weeks old yesterday and we are very intelligent. Lightening and Talini’s beautiful little babies are starting to be a lot of fun. Granny and Auntie Teresa enjoy just watching them

Well, I got some stuff to tell you. A couple of evenings ago, Auntie Teresa put me on her bed and did another hack job on my toe nails and it wasn’t too bad, but boy did that Cotton Candy squeel when it was her turn and I told her it wouldn’t hurt. When I don’t get my way I cry real loud and I make the loudest noise. I like to get on my paws and step all over everyone else. I can climb up and look over the side of my bed, lots of stuff to get into out there. Gonna be real cool when I can play with some of those toys. My 2 week old weight was 3 lbs 9 oz.

Greetings From "Juicy" !!
Well, do I have a storey for you. The other day I had a big poop and my mom didn’t get a chance to clean it up, so I had poop all over me and then I shared it with my brothers and sister and boy were we a stinky mess. Auntie Teresa and Granny took us up these long stairs and into a little room and washed it all off. I cried really loud and my mom was upset, but the plan worked cause I got snuggled in a warm towel and then went back down these long stairs and into my bed with my mom. I told you my weight would catch up to everyone and so yesterday at 2 weeks old I weighed 3 lbs 5oz.

Greetings From "Icy" !!!
Well, I can get up on all my feet and sort of run really fast with a few falls in between, but I don’t hurt myself. I like this running around stuff. Now, I go over to that "Cotton Candy " and climb all over her, she gets mad but I love it. Well, at 2 weeks, yesterday, I got up on all four paws, squatted and had a poop and mom cleaned it all up. I was so cleaver as I stood the whole time.
Another adventure today as we all got to go into the living room and into our play pen with mom. There is more room to play and I seen some neat toys, can’t wait till I am a bit older and steadier on my feet and boy will I have fun. My 2 week old weight is 3 lbs 6 oz. Today I decided to get out of my bed and do a bit of exploring, so over and off I went till Granny put me back.

Well, as a typical "Princess" I just let those boys get into all the trouble. Such a traumatic couple of days I have had. Auntie Teresa gave me another manicure of my precious paws and I squeeled just to get some attention from my brothers and mom, but it really felt good. Ha!!!! Ha!!!! Like the other day when "Juicy" pooped that sure smelt stinky so I stayed far away and I didn’t get very much on me. Guess what I discovered on this my 2 week old day, that if I sat on my bum I could bring my back leg up to head and scratch it, don’t think the boys have figured that out yet. Well, guess it was my turn to have a poop and mom not get a chance to clean it up, cause that’s what happened and such a mess I was, all over my delicate little paws, got all cleaned up by Auntie Teresa. Yes, and the boys didn’t get much on them, guess they learned my trick from the other day. My 2 week weight is 3 lbs 7 oz. Today, I thought I should go over my bed and investigate but I had a scarey tour under the dresser, I cried and was glad to be rescued by granny

August 18, 2008 Well its been a few days since we’ve talked to you. We have mostly been eating and sleeping and growing, growing , growing. Constantly changing - pigmentation on nose, eyes and mouth. Legs getting stronger and mom letting us be a little more independent. But, does she ever get mad at Auntie Snobella or anyone who gets near us.

Life is just so great, there is so much to learn and everyday is an interesting adventure. Like on August 15/08 that Auntie Teresa picked me up and wrapped me in this towel and then put me in a bowl and I couldn’t get out. Then she unwrapped me and her and Granny took turns cuddling me, now that was nice. My mom was watching. She knows how much Auntie Teresa and Granny love me. Well, I am getting so cleaver, I opened my eyes today and I can stand on my feet ( a bit wobbly) but it does make moving faster. I can prove how good that is as yesterday August 17/08 I weighed 3 lbs.

Well, that "Peppy" thinks cause he is the biggest that he can push me all over but I fooled him.
I just pushed back and I am on my feet too! I weighed 2 lbs 12 oz yesterday, but not to worry I’ll be pushing that guy out of my way. Every day I get stronger on my feet. My eyes are opened, today. The other day Uncle Shilo poked his head around the corner to peak at us and my mom sure got mad at him so he took off. I cuddle a lot with "Cotton Candy" and "Icy" we talk a lot about all the changes we are going through. Granny and Auntie Teresa take turns loving me, too.

Well, you won’t believe this, the other day when I came back to my bed, Auntie Snobella and Uncle Yuki were in there sniffing all over, well, you can imagine what mom did. Yup, she got them out there pretty darn fast. I too, can get up on my feet and scoot fast, still fall quite a lot, but each day I improve. Yes, my eyes are today too. Its been nice lately, getting loved lots by Granny and Auntie Teresa. Mostly just sleep and grow. I now weigh 2 lbs 15 oz as of yesterday.

Well, you guessed it I was the first to open my eyes and that was yesterday, August 17, 2008 . Of course, girls can beat boys and they know exactly what they are doing. Yes, I can get my delicate body up on my feet, although a bit unsteady, can move pretty fast. Yesterday I weighed 2 lbs 15 oz. There is just so much love here from Auntie Teresa and Granny and then my brothers all like to cuddle too and of course there is mom, who is constantly cleaning and feeding me. Auntie Snobella just loves us and wants to play, but she is not allowed. Mom gets really, really mad at her.
